See the Before and After Difference
Discover below how Behive creates compelling images by resolving various nuances of real estate photography. Drag the before and after sliders to visualize the contrast.
Behive offers sky replacement by default if the weather is overcast or even raining. A specialist process ensures that sky replacements are so accurate that no evidence of a sky replacement is visible as is often the case with real estate photographs. In addition, the sky’s brightness is matched to that of the scene for a balanced realistic look.
Bright & Natural Light
One critical aspect of good real estate photography is showcasing interiors that are bright whilst not looking artificially illuminated. Behive’s has mastered the ability to illuminate a space invoking natural light charm with a hint of supplemental lighting for an ideal lasting impression of the space.
Window Bloom Control
Above all else, a key to good real estate photography is showcasing the inside and outside in a single photograph. Even the best camera is not capable of preserving what our eyes see. Photographs captured inside result in the outside being too bright. Behive uses a special process to restore the blooming effect (bright white) around windows/doors to bring back the inside while preserving the outside.
Colour Contamination Removal
When light strikes a surface, it projects that surface’s colour onto others surfaces. A good example is when sunlight strikes timber floorboards. The colour of the floorboards are projected onto the ceiling, making the ceiling have an orange cast. A room can often look visually noisy because of many colours bouncing around. Good real estate photographs remove these colours to accentuate the primary room colour only (usually white)
